Not sure if my original complain was removed, and I rarely leave a bad review, but this trip to the Cricket store in Franklin NC would have been rated lower if possible. My daughter and I went into the store on July 23rd at around 10:10 am. There was one person who looked to be browsing and one customer service rep at the computer. We were not greeted, nor asked if we needed any help, basically, no acknowledgement. We looked at the phones and found the one she wanted to upgrade to. The other person was still just wandering around, so we went up to the counter. And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, after about 5 minutes of standing there with the young man with long curly hair never looking up, my daughter asked him if was going to be awhile, and without looking up or apologizing, he just said...yeah. So, we left the Franklin store and drove to the Waynesville store, and was super impressed by the young lady in the store. Her name was Anna and she knows how customer service should be done. I will always go to that store and drive over 40 miles to at least be noticed that I am a paying customer.

Daisy was great! She helped me set my phone up and helped me with all the questions I had. Highly recommend to go see her!

No one ever answers the phone. I don't want to make a trip out if I don't have to, I wanted to check if they have a certain phone in stock so I can upgrade and find out about their covid rules. Would be nice if someone would answer the phone.
