    OG in electronics is very knowledgeable and helped us with every questionwe had, and so was the manager Tim who also helped tremendously. I only will shop at this best buy moving forward due to excellent customer service

    Went in for simple screen protector exchange and reinstall. I followed everything i was suppose to do I went to the return line got my receipt then was told to go and find another one with no guidance. Now ķeep in mind I was doing two one they have and the second one instead of telling me they didnt care that one sent me looking only by asking someone else I found they didnt Carry it. I get back in line in which he seemed to know they didnt carry one of the screen protectors to be told they will order it and give them the only screen protector to find out they cant even order it then was offered a refund which I agreed to to know find out they cant do a refund and can only do store credit at this point I have no choice so I did which now the phone has no screen protector . I asked for it be reinstalled and was told I had to pay I am a best but memeber so suppose to be free they send so.eone over who wants to charge me again for the screen protector I just paid for and have to pay yet again for the protor to be installed after again telling them I am a member I am told I have to waot now fpr them to open to install it so much run around and uncordation for such a huge company

    Terrible delivery service. We bought a bespoke smart refrigerator and it was to be delivered today (Thursday) between 10:30am and 2:30pm. At 2:30pm, I called best buy to let them know that no one has showed up nor has any one called to let me know they were running late. I told him my wife now has to pick our son up and will be back shortly. He said he would leave a note for the driver. She leaves at 2:40pm. At 2:53pm, I get a call from the driver that he is in front of my house and will only wait 15mins. I tell him my wife will be back around 3pm maybe 3:05 since the school is right around the corner. The delivery driver literally leaves at 3pm. He waited 7mins after being 23mins late without notification. My wife gets there at 3:05pm and he is gone. Of course I call back to customer service and she says all I can do is reschedule. I told her that I know they are a big business and could care less about losing a customer but I think it is poor service to be 23mins late, wait 7mins and leave then tell the consumer to just reschedule without any assurances that this will not happen again. No thank you. Keep the refrigerator. Ill send my pennies elsewhere.

    I’ve called in asking for a specific laptop model, and see if they have that in stock, the guy on the phone kept trying to persuade me to make the purchase online and then go pick it up. But all I wanted was to look at the model in hand. And when I insist on doing that, he basically ended the phone call. He spoke really fast with an accent and he was hard to be understood. It didn’t help that he was also being rude on the phone. I’m not really sure if I want to go to the store now. Overall, it was a very horrible customer experience.
