Will never come back here again, me and my boyfriend went in this afternoon to talk to someone about his phone being damaged and he has insurance on it so we went in to see if he could get it replaced the woman attending us was eating on the clock at a table up front acted very rude and treated and gave us looks as if we were dumb when we asked questions about the phone she just told us to call 611 rudely while giving us looks like if she was bothered about us interrupting her “lunch time” then she referred us to get his phone fixed at the phone store across from there but we obviously don’t want that he has insurance so wants it replaced obviously not fixed. She just seemed like she wanted to get rid of us and not attend us in a respectful manner. Didn’t get her name but she was light skin Hispanic and wore glasses.

When I hold it hello to whom it may concern, my name is Helena Navasues and I'm here at the cricket store in Durham and I met your manager Brandyn Martin and I want to tell you it's been remarkable. This young man is so knowledgeable and so kind and he also has a lovely sense of humor so I really enjoyed meeting him. I'm very grateful to him for really fixing this very difficult problem. I was with another company and years ago was with you and I came back to you because you know, it was just terrible with the other company Is consumer cellular. Brandyn was able to work through all of the kinks that were because of consumer cellular. So I want to congratulate you for having such a great manager. Hes absolutely wonderful,

Hello. I had a very pleasant experience here at Cricket. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to different phone specs. He helped me get an IPhone in payments. He also helped me get set up with their EBB program that reduced my bill to $5 a month. I am amazed at all the deals that they have. 10/10 would recommend.
