WAS TRYING TO GET PRICES THE LADY WAS NASTY RUDE WOULDNT DO HER JOB WHEN ASKED FOR HERE TO CALL A MANGER SHE SAID NO I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER FOR 10+ YEARS CONSIDERING SWITCHES FROM CRICKET ALL TOGHETHER HOPE SOME ONE IN A HIGHER POSTION READS THIS AND IT HAS TIME AND DATE TO SEE FOR YOUR SELF WAS WEARING A GREYBDRY FIT PUNISHERSHIRT GLASSES BLUE JEANS AND SANDELS THAT ME.

  Will never come back here again, me and my boyfriend went in this afternoon to talk to someone about his phone being damaged and he has insurance on it so we went in to see if he could get it replaced the woman attending us was eating on the clock at a table up front acted very rude and treated and gave us looks as if we were dumb when we asked questions about the phone she just told us to call 611 rudely while giving us looks like if she was bothered about us interrupting her “lunch time” then she referred us to get his phone fixed at the phone store across from there but we obviously don’t want that he has insurance so wants it replaced obviously not fixed. She just seemed like she wanted to get rid of us and not attend us in a respectful manner. Didn’t get her name but she was light skin Hispanic and wore glasses.

  I dont recommend it the girls was very discriminatory i try to bring my phone line and get an iphone but she wannet me to ge an android but i wannet an iphone not an android so she just didnt accept my passport as an ID and she said mu passport was not valid wish its a lie bc its good untill 2025 but she used that excuses to not let me have the promotion you guys have it bring your phone line and get an iphone for free she discriminated me i dont recommended it dont spend your money on hatefull people

  I don't recommend going to this place. Went their to get help with my phone. All she want to do with sell me an upgrade. And my phone is only 2 months old. It was around 6 pm. And she was very rude. I ended up calling customer service to try and fix my problem. They helped me with no hesitation or issue. They ate the ones that told me to go there and get help
