He helped me work through a somewhat complicated request today and never made me feel like he was inconvenienced or frustrated (even though I took up so much of his time.) He answered all of my questions clearly and effectively, and made sure I received all of the discounts/benefits I qualified for with my purchase. He even managed to help some other customers while we were waiting for my stuff to load, which I appreciated! Coming to the Apple Store can be a chaotic disaster-- as it has been for me in the past-- but Chris deserves all five stars. Thank you for your help!!

When they finally saw us, they were adamant our phone would be fixed and ready for pick up at 8:00. We offered a phone number to call us if it was running past 8:00. We were assured it would be ready by then. Guess what? By 9:00 they still hadn't fixed our phone! What a waste of time.
- IKILYA KovalyovJun 16, 20265.0Friendly staff, took care of my iPhone battery replacement. Also replaced logic board for free as it got damaged during repairs, so I only paid for the battery. Make sure to backup all your data (it’s your responsibility) when giving equipment for service.
