  I’ve been here for service before and have always had a good experience, so today was disappointing. We came in as a walk-in because my daughter’s iPad stopped working and we were looking for technical support. The employee who assisted us looked at the iPad, told us it was out of warranty, and immediately went to our options for purchasing a new one. When I explained that we came for support, no troubleshooting or meaningful explanation was offered. I understand that the iPad was out of warranty and that we didn’t have AppleCare. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was that we came in specifically for support and left without receiving it. The interaction also felt rushed and dismissive. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, which is why this one stood out. I hope the store can do better with customer service and making customers feel heard.

  I had an appointment to see a specialist, they sent a text to come because they were “ready for me” but then I have to wait for 30-40 minutes to see a specialist. What’s the point of getting an appointment if you have to wait anyway?

  Had a great experience today. Mario helped me get through an issue with my older iPhone. He was so kind and managed to switch between myself and other customers to ensure everyone was taken care of and in such a kind and friendly way. The other store experts while busy also seemed to be in a great mood. Despite the busy store the atmosphere was so much better than expected

  The store has no costumer service. There were several sales associates with rude attitudes around who I tried to ask for help and said they will be right back but they never came back to help and instead said that they were busy but they were not. I asked several associates for help and they only stated to come to the front of the store that someone will help me and nobody offer assistance at any point however they were not helping costumers. Very disappointed!!!! We stayed there for over an hour and we were not able to purchase anything because nobody could assist us in the purchase. Clearly, the sales associates are not interested in selling products to the customers. Furthermore they are rude and not respectful at all with customer’s time and effort.
