  We ordered four items two weeks ago and had a scheduled delivery with a four-hour delivery window. Then, one hour before delivery, I received a call from Geek Squad saying they did not have the items needed or the labor available to complete the job. We took time off work specifically to be home for this delivery, and with almost no notice our entire order was canceled. That level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were told the next available delivery date is five days away. After spending a significant amount of money with Best Buy, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Terrible service from start to finish. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping with Best Buy again, and I will absolutely be sharing this experience with family and friends. I wish I could give them a zero

  This review is specifically for the geek squad. Needed iPhone fixed with apple care. Couldn’t happen due to the fact that 2 employees said I didn’t need an appointment for after the parts came in. Just come back they said. Done in two hours they said. So I go back. We might be able to get it today, maybe about 5 hours. You should have made an appointment.

  Go to cooper for your gaming needs, asked if he knew much about gaming monitors which he clearly did. Gave me a lot of options, explained the prices, some of the technical details (oled, led, qhd, etc) didn’t make me feel pressured to buy and was completely honest how he felt about each brand and how they performed. Felt really convinced and felt he was truthful so picked one up!! If u need help picking out peripherals go to him !!!

Desde el mismo instante en que cruzamos las puertas de Best Buy, Neil nos recibió de inmediato con una disposición increíble. No exagero al decir que la atención que nos brindó fue de ensueño; sinceramente, jamás habíamos experimentado un nivel de dedicación y excelencia tan alto en ninguna otra tienda. Más que un representante, Neil fue un verdadero guía para nosotros. Fui con toda mi familia y, de alguna manera impresionante, logró atendernos a todos al mismo tiempo. Fue rápido, sumamente eficaz y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de si necesitábamos algo, asegurándose de que cada uno de nosotros se sintiera escuchado. Es una persona súper educada, con una paciencia infinita y un trato exquisito. Hizo que lo que suele ser una simple visita a la tienda se convirtiera en una experiencia sumamente agradable y fluida. Si buscan a alguien que realmente se preocupe por darles lo mejor, tienen que buscar a Neil. ¡Nos fuimos felices y definitivamente volveremos solo por su impecable atención!

  Honestly the 1 star is too kind for how this place operates. I booked an appointment online that was showing as a valid timeslot for getting my phone screen fixed. After having to move around my schedule and ask off work early so I could even make this 5:20 appointment time, once I get there, they tell me that the technician is only there until 6:00 and screen repairs take 1.5 hours. I asked if the technician can just stay late to get it done since it took me 1.15 hours to drive there, they said NO. I asked to speak to a manager, who came over and basically said it’s a known scheduling issue and I would just have to come back the next day for earlier appointment.. no apology, no compensation, no respect!!!!! Heck no I’m not going to drive back 1.15 hours the next day so I can accommodate your scheduling incompetence !! So I just called the main customer service for BB/Geek Squad and they were as useless as the local manager and even suggested calling the local store once they are actually answering their phone because they aren’t currently. I mean really? What a joke of a company? I would NEVER recommend BB/Geek Squad to anyone after my experience with them. Buyers beware!!!
