It was extremely unpleasant, so I just turned around and left. I hope I won’t run into such salespeople again.

Stephanie is an absolute pleasure and such a joy; everyone in the store was so kind to me when my phone was stolen and helped me with the claim process as well as informing in general what I needed and needed to do. I HIGHLY recommend investing in the monthly protection on your phone!! All associates here are always so patient and kind but most of all? Knowledgable and willing to help. If you need to go to a cricket store; this is the one to go to. I send all of my friends here and they love this store too. 10/10 will shop here again.
