- JJJKMMay 8, 20261.0This place is beyond horrible. They conduct monthly INSPECTIONS are you serious? I was looking to move after relocating here and my previous place was broken into by the jerk owner. I am an architect student and I always paint a place, use nails, use contact paper on the walls, floor, counter and I have always been able to do so. I have been renting for 20 years in 5 different states and I have never seen a place with such controlled and outrageous rules. Beware of this woman owned joke. Not sure what is wrong with North Carolina but people here coming into to your damn rental and telling you NOT to design then place? This place should be closed and not allowed to rent. I will tell everyone how crappy this place is. BEWARE

- JRJAZZMEN RATLIFFApr 25, 20261.0Everytime I put a work order in, I literally have to do it again due to them marking as complete, also I have corrected my phone number several times and they still don't have the correct number. A work order was put in yesterday and today I get an email saying it's complete followed by a survey. Im so over this. Tired of it.
