  Let me explain my rating. The lady I worked with Shane was responsive and professional. I relocated from another state. My close friend toured the home for me and provided a video. The house was very dirty as if the prior occupant moved without cleaning. The carpet was and still is torn, chipped paint on the corners, nothing had been cleaned. I was told it would be professionally cleaned which I assumed that meant the carpet. A hole exposing the toilet supply line where critters like to hide. It was cleaned somewhat but not professionally before I moved in. My lease states when I leave I have to do a list of things or be charged. Deep clean by a professional carpet cleaner is one. I'm not happy that I had to thoroughly clean the house wash walls etc. But I am angry and disappointed that I have to pay to get carpet deep cleaned. I have 11 mos on my lease. I will definitely not have carpet cleaned.

  These guys made my mother retake pictures twice and its pure bullshit because while she took pictures of the garage she fell and now she's crying because it really hurt. P.S. she's still taking pics five mins later

  Shane has been absolutely wonderful during our entire application and move-in process. She was available 24/7 for any and all of our questions. She made the process actually enjoyable. We can’t thank her enough and would 10/10 recommend using this property management company!
