I kept being sent to person after person being assured that the next person would help me. I also needed help finding a USB-A brick. The last person I was sent to did answer my questions - I believe his name was Vincens. He was wonderful. Everyone else was so unhelpful, it was crazy. They ultimately ended up not having something as simple as a simple USB-A brick which is not the fault of the employees but it was a run-around just to figure out they don't have it. I never blame employees for the types of problems I experienced - it's always a problem with corporate and management. They have so many employees in the store but it's always a huge task just to find someone to help you and they send you to another person who send you to another person who says you need to go to another person. Again, Vincens was great - give that man a raise. Everyone else...maybe some additional training and a raise. Also, the prices of their products are stupid expensive. Avoid Best Buy if you can.

Poor customer service. No one helped me and I waited and waited and waited still no help and all I wanted was a PlayStation 5. This Best Buy has been by far THE WORST one I’ve been to and this is the only store I get my electronics from. No more will I do that. I do not recommend coming to this store unless you want to be disrespected and no customer help.

This location BACKDOORS pokemon cards. Today multiple people waited in line early morning for pokemon as EVERYONE there was told Saturday morning (04/11/2026) by staff throughout the week. One individual even went right before closing the previous night (04/10/2026) and was told they had just gotten their shipment and wasn’t putting them out until the following morning (04/11/2026). Come the morning of Saturday, a group of maybe 10 people were waiting outside to get Pokemon cards and two staff members came out 30 minutes before opening and said “if y’all are here for Pokemon, there is no pokemon. We only got 2 in yesterday and sold it last night” (04/10/2026). This same scenario happened multiple times and everyone that was there this morning have also experienced this too. Either staff is holding product from customers for their own purchases or are backdooring products to a specific customer in exchange for cash. Please look into this as the TCG community is already in shambles for the people who actually enjoy this hobby.
