Such a five star experience, I had a pick up order and everything was so smooth and easy! All I had to do was show up, show the barcode in my email, and show my ID! Gabriel was super helpful with the specifics of the laptop as well as helping me pick out a laptop for my niece and what she might need!
I’m gonna start with I do have an AppleCare which I pay monthly for the past 2 1/2 years I went there, complaining about the sound of my phone and the battery life, To put my phone to the test and confirm my complaint at the same day they changed my battery and they said the lower speaker need to be changed. Sorry, wouldn’t have it call us. We will confirm once we have it in stock. I mentioned to them that I am truck driver. It’s hard for me to come anytime however two weeks later I had a chance to stop by call them and they said come before 6 PM which I did. I told The everybody my situation a Lady by name of Miranda. She cleaned the bottom of my phone and she told me your phone is good which I replied. You have not changed anything said nothing need to be changed and they refused to change anything.😡

Just left the Apple Store in the South Park mall and if you go there ask for Will. He was Extremely helpful and patient. I was in and out of there and no time and he also helped me get some stuff set up for my business. It was also quite kind and listened to me as I Went on about my iPad not working . I got a new one with a new pencil. Will is a real gem.

Coming here to get a iphone and told to wait at the iphone table... and NO ONE employee help. It's irritating when they pass by hehe and haha, and for been at South Park Mall you would think be the best apple store, but isnt if customer service sucks. And this apple store customer service sucks. If u ever had felt like your time was wasted, u would understand.
Went to the Apple Store to get a Apple computer repaired that just stopped working.
Upon entrance to the store, I had to check in with an associate and was asked to have a seat. The wait was about 20 minutes, and then another associate asked me to have a seat at a table to wait for another associate that would help me. Several associates walked around and seemed to be complaining and standing around, yet the store was busy and several people, including many elderly that required accommodations seemed to be waiting for assistance.
We waited in the store from 11:15 and didn’t leave until after 1:00. When our Technician that came to assist us helped us, he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Though we were not able to get the computer working, the associate was very helpful and answered all our questions.
The store seems very chaotic and the process does not seem to flow. Too many associates standing around talking and several customers waiting to be seen. If you have to go here, pack your patience, the experience is a bit long.
The gentleman giving the classes was phenomenal….kudos!
