  I came in today and bought a new 17Pro. They took my money and transfer my data. I have a druid phone so there is a learning curve! I was being helped by an employee but he walked off to help someone else. I went and asked if someone could help me. I finally just left the store. I feel like they just wanted my money and that was it! If you are over 50 I would find another store!

  I recently traded in my iPhone 11 for a 17 PRO and had a great experience with Sam. She was knowledgeable, patient, calming, and great at explaining step-by-step instructions for someone who is far from being tech-savvy. I appreciated her help and had a smooth experience because of it.

  I just want to give huge shoutout to Gabriel and being so patient with me today when syncing my info to my replacement phone and being very understanding of the importance of the text messages I wanted to make sure synced to the phone since they were the last texts/voice messages I have with my Mom who has passed away. This is the best experience I’ve had at Apple honestly. Just many of the employees making sure I was okay as I patiently waited for everything to sync before wiping the old phone. Thanks again!

  Had a great experience at this store compared to Birkdale Robert explained everything to us about the phones we didn’t feel pressured. He explained all the models and asked great questions to see which one would be the best fit . Great experience

  Showed up for my 10:45 am appointment. Waited 30 mins for someone to help me. Told phone will be ready at 1:15 pm. It’s now 4 pm and phone is still not ready. I am now being told they need to ship my phone somewhere else and there are no replacements available. Offered a loaner phone but that requires coming back to the store and wasting even more time…. Apple has really gone downhill
