  Anoche ordene un celular me dieron hora de 10:15 a 10:30 para recoger llego a la tienda y despues de 30 minutos me dicen que no esta listo todavia que espere 30 min pero no es seguro que lo vaya a estar! Que me vaya y que espere a ver cuando me envien un correo dejandome saber cuando lo tengan disponible! Que manera de jugar con el tiempo de las personas! Una basura de servicio!

  I had a bad experience with an employee named Daian. I believe he doesn't know his job and is incompetent in sales. Management really needs to look into this. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this salesperson.It's as if he doesn't listen to anyone around him—he does whatever he wants and then brazenly lies, claiming he had nothing to do with it.

  I'd give zero stars if I could... I am an apple user for years and I was accosted by a man, around noon, at the door. And in front of 5+ customers behind me begins to tell me that his techs can't help me because they're too busy "rolling out" the new model iPhone. Not impressed. I also had a hard time navigating the ai bot that answers the phone for apple, which is what brought me to the store to begin with. I left this store, went to my carrier store and bought a new android phone. I'm disgusted. Done.

  I came in here having issues with my replacement device that AT&T sent me. I was having trouble connecting my replacement IPhone 14 Pro Max to my iCloud because the LCD screen from my old iPhone was out and there was no way of me connecting my iPhone to the cloud but, within 5 minutes Joe helped me out. Thank-you so much Joe you were so helpful and quick. I can now go back to having a working phone after not having one for 10 days. 10/10 would recommend this Apple Store and Joe as your representative.

  This review is solely based on an Apple worker named Val. My mother was buying an Apple Watch and expressed that she wanted the gold series 12. We were in the store the night before and saw it on display and just wanted to be sure that’s the color she wanted. I didn’t see it and I said oh wait that’s the one right there behind you and she looked back and said no that’s the other color and I said ok could we see the gold one and she says no it’s locked up and im not bringing any thing out that’s not already out because we’re about to close- it’s 5:20 at this time and the store closes at 6 (it’s still over 100 people at the store btw) It would take not even 5 mins to look at. I end up walking to the other table and realizing the color I saw at 1st was indeed the gold one so I picked it up and said it was right there the whole time. The rest of the time working to order the watch she was very rude and mumbling things under her breath until I said nevermind we would find someone else to work with. Then we came across Rachel and she was so amazing! We also had a few conversations with Chris about Apple Watch features while waiting on the one we got to come out and he was great as well!
