Had an overall wonderful visit! Everyone was very friendly, informative, and professional. Our first visit with our rescued cat couldn’t have gone better. She was a very nervous, but everyone quickly got her calmed and at ease for her exam. We are very happy to have found this hospital for our new furry family member.

We are so happy with our visit to the VCA. Our new cat needed a wellness check and she received excellent, compassionate care. Everybody was so patient and helpful with our questions. We will definitely be back.

Missed work to take my cat in for a Thyroid test. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, the vet told me he couldnt take my cats blood (in a joke, not taking seriously the massive inconvenience, as I told the vet tech I was actively missing a meeting for this, because I didnt expect over an hour long wait to get seen) said he couldn't take blood because the cat was stressed, which has never happened at any other vet. (He was cuddling with the last vet!) Maybe being in a room for that long stressed him out, so they want me to put him through the stress of another car ride next day instead. Huge waste of time, and now I have to continue worrying about my baby's health status.

Dr. Miller has taken care of me and my two cats since I first got them as kittens. I've been so lucky to have him as my vet for the last four years. He always made me feel heard, and struck the perfect balance between professionally reassuring/informing me and hearing my questions and concerns. I couldn't have hoped for a better first vet for my first pets, and I wish him the best! The front desk staff and vet tech staff have also always made me feel comfortable and communicated well with me - from Jess to Amanda to Erin (a master of nail trims) to Alex (?) and beyond. So grateful for VCA Legion! I do the CareClub plan plus third party medical insurance and that has served me well so far.

My dog is a friendly, toothless, older dog and 6 lb soaking wet. I live 30 min away. Because the computer system was down, they refused to go ahead with my wellness check, said they “were unable to call me” to cancel my appointment, and then when I asked if the vet would at least take a look at my dog, they threatened to muzzle him because they were “not able to verify my dog’s rabies” status.
