  The staff were wonderful, inviting, and friendly. They took great care of Baby Carrot and were very informative regarding any questions I had.

  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Smith and all of the employees. I have never been to a friendlier vet practice. They went above and beyond to help me with the kitten that a neighbor found. They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything. You can tell that everyone there loves animals. Highly recommend.

  Although Dr. Smith is wonderful. Her staff proved it’s all about the money. The technician had the price sheet out for the insurance before she even had taken my cat out of her kennel. I had insurance on one cat and their top priority was to sell me insurance on the other one. When I cancelled my insurance with Helen and ask for health history for both cats. No one paid me any attention. Find someone else to care for your animals. These people are clueless! Its not about the care of your animals! Actions speak louder than words!

  VCA Parkway is wonderful! I'm so happy that we have found this vet office for our two cats. Dr. Smith and Dr. LeBlanc are both wonderful to work with and the staff is always understanding and helpful. We've run into some difficult health issues with both our cats (dental in one, resulting in tooth extractions, and sudden early onset heart disease in the other, plus weight loss for both), but our vet team has made the learning curves and processes go smoothly. Most recently, Dr. Smith has demonstrated both compassion and professionalism in helping us navigate the difficult new heart problems found in one of our cats. She is also wonderful with both of our girls in office, and has earned my trust and respect in their ongoing care. Thank you VCA Parkway staff for always being there for my girls (and their humans)!

  We came to VCA for the complimentary shelter wellness exam after adopting our kitten, and overall it was a good experience. Dr. Katie Smith was kind, professional, and took the time to answer our questions and examine our kitten thoroughly. The clinic itself felt more like a larger corporate veterinary practice rather than a very private or personal experience, but the staff was still friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The pricing was definitely on the expensive side, especially for additional testing beyond the free exam, so that is something to keep in mind. Overall, though, we appreciated the care and attention our kitten received.
