- KSKellie Smith2 days ago5.0VCA Parkway is wonderful! I'm so happy that we have found this vet office for our two cats. Dr. Smith and Dr. LeBlanc are both wonderful to work with and the staff is always understanding and helpful. We've run into some difficult health issues with both our cats (dental in one, resulting in tooth extractions, and sudden early onset heart disease in the other, plus weight loss for both), but our vet team has made the learning curves and processes go smoothly. Most recently, Dr. Smith has demonstrated both compassion and professionalism in helping us navigate the difficult new heart problems found in one of our cats. She is also wonderful with both of our girls in office, and has earned my trust and respect in their ongoing care. Thank you VCA Parkway staff for always being there for my girls (and their humans)!

Dr. Katie Smith was kind, professional, and took the time to answer our questions and examine our kitten thoroughly. The clinic itself felt more like a larger corporate veterinary practice rather than a very private or personal experience, but the staff was still friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The pricing was definitely on the expensive side, especially for additional testing beyond the free exam, so that is something to keep in mind. Overall, though, we appreciated the care and attention our kitten received.

Dr. Smith is attentive, thorough, and genuinely cares for our three dogs. The Care club plan makes everything easy and affordable. Can’t recommend them enough!
- JSJanet ScottApr 16, 20265.0We love Dr. Smith...the best ever!! Yesterday, Sophie worked with Bubba and she was fantastic!! She cleaned his ears and then put medicine in them. She's a real pro! Indi was excellent as well, helping when I couldn't get my card to scan and emailing my invoice. We didn't have Bubba groomed yesterday, but we use Debbie and she is great with Bubba!
