  I was looking for a charger and then a worker came telling to by a specific one and just stood there watching me. So I ended up picking the one he told me to buy and the charger didn’t even fit in my phone 🤦🏻. Ended up spending $30 on a charger that doesn’t fit and can’t return it

  Went in to get replacement screen protectors I already purchased for life of phone. The manager said we don’t have them anymore and I need to pay for new one. When I said that’s not right he said it’s not his problem and walked away laughing. Rude and obnoxious and I’ll never shop there again. They lost my business. I called the 800 number and they said they will make me an appt to get the correct protector free of charge and the manager should have offered that. If you wanna work in retail you need to be customer focused and this manager was more concerned with talking with his co workers than helping me. They send me a reply you can’t even get to the link for me to DM them what a scam!!!

  My family has purchased over ten kitchen appliances from this store. They had previously been tremendous to work with. However, I recently had an experience so bad I would never recommend shopping at this location ever again. We purchased the high end GE Profile dishwasher. They told us it would be delivered yesterday so we cancelled all plans to be there. It never came and they did not give us any notice it wouldn't be delivered. WE had to take the impetus to call the store, who was not helpful at all, who said it would be delivered this morning. Then they told us it will know be delivered next week (at this point I don't think Best Buy cares). So if you are someone who thinks that buying a GE Profile product will give you customer service from Best Buy, you are sorely mistaken. Do not fall for anymore of the salesmanship. Once they have your money, they don't care if they ever deliver your product. It's a third-party (Best Buy corporate is too cheap) so I would recommend buying from anywhere but this location if you hope to get the product you ordered.

  I went to Best Buy to purchase a Sony camera, where I was told by one of the salespeople that they were having a Presidents' Day sale, and if I opened a Best Buy credit card I would get 10% back on a virtual credit card. So, to get over $200 back, I said okay. I opened the credit card, got the camera, paid it off right away, then I found out that I was scammed by Best Buy. I waited for weeks and nothing. I went back to the store just to get the runaround; one person said call Best Buy's main office, another said call Sony, and the manager said call the bank. I did call the bank, just to be told I had to talk to Best Buy. I'm just sick of it, so I think my last resort is to call a local TV station to report the scam. Very disappointed.

  Been going here for years and generally always have a good experience but recently I had a dash Cam installed & they did a fantastic job. I had an associate named Mir Baluch do the install & he was knowledgeable, personable & friendly. It was a quick, flawless install with no wires you can see anywhere & he even took the extra time to walk me through how to use & set up my dash cam. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could, 10/10 service if you are needing auto installs
