  The vet and the vet tech were wonderful! They treated my dog (Bugg) like he was family. He didn’t even realize he was being examined. He thought he was just greeting new friends. They were both very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and responded to any concerns. Definitely 5 stars!!

  Thank you for taking so much care with Kobe! He’s a high anxiety dog so the fact that he loved everyone there was so rewarding. Dr Emini was amazing and it didn’t feel price gouging which we have felt before at vets. He listened to my fiancés concerns about his separation anxiety and allergies and made us feel comfortable with making decisions. Kobe was def tired as heck from the interactions! (Disregard his stank face after getting his hood back on🤣)

  This place is only after your money. I came in a couple months ago for check up and to get flea and tick meds for my dog and went to order them today, but it wouldn’t go through because they denied the prescription and said we needed to come back in for another check up which is another $90 and a 45 minute drive for them to weigh her and tell me she looks healthy. No thanks we’ll find another place to go with our pup.

  I called for an appointment for my cat who has been having issues with his eye for four days… I gave it a little time because I thought it would get better but it hasn’t. Called today , 4/30, and was told they couldn’t see him for 2 1/2 weeks! Another vet has left their practice I was told. No one seemed to care about my pet. Called Waterway..they will see him Monday. I’ve been going to VCA for 12 years…I’m done with them. Obviously they could care less. They have certainly changed from years ago.
