    Stated the would contact me the next day with o let me know the Status of what was wrong and if I would be able to pick up. Told them I could t wait 2 days. Call got answering service who said you can speak to the total support team. I called back and ask to speak tot he total support manager. So then the switched me to the total support team whom they say you can speak to. Alex said there was no manager at 5:45 pm. He said he was about to call because they can't get my laptop Going. They said the would need to send it off because they can't order parts. Total support is a piece mill support. Long and drawn out. He said it would tak 4 to 6 weeks. Who can go without your computer 4 to 6 weeks. I told him to see if he could back up my computer and call me as soon s he knew so I could bring my back up drive so that I could pick up my computer tonight. I will look for a true total care support service. One that sells and supports on a realistic time line.

    Went in for an iPad replacement under AppleCare and received a used iPad with 2 HUGE scratches on the screen the following day. Unfortunately I didn’t find out until I got home (I live an hour away). I called Apple and they remedied the problem ASAP (which I should have done from the beginning).

    My laptop had a severe dust problem and a few keys on my keyboard don’t work. Took it to the geek squad to have it repaired. They cleaned the dust out but did nothing about the keyboard. Upon receiving the laptop I noticed that my 200+gb of data that was supposed to be backed up was no where to be found. Turns out that the geek squad somehow put someone else’s data on my laptop. Now I have a laptop loaded with pictures of people I’ve never met.
