  The Geek Squad can't be reached by phone so you can't learn the status of their progress. They sent a link for follow up but it said Oops can't open it. The people at the store were helpful after I went there.

  They wouldn’t let me try on an Apple Watch. If I’m spending that much on a watch surely you can let me put it on my wrist to see if I like how it looks and feels.

  Bought a new refrigerator this week. Great price, great service, and the delivery team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and out the door. A customer couldn't ask for anything more. I'm going to start calling Best Buy, "THE STORE WITH MORE."

  There's nothing like calling a big box store expecting to talk to a person. But no! Now you get an AI assisted service that asks you the same stupid question over and over and still doesn't give you a person. So guess what Best buy. I'll spend my money somewhere else...
