  Went in for some info about switching phone carriers. Friendly worker named Bryton i believe. Was super super helpful. Explained everything perfectly and answered all my annoying questions lol o hope their boss sees this.

  I've been with Cricket wireless for about two years now and the two working at the Southgate mall location James Morgan and Hali are awesome! They answered all of my questions and got my new phone up and working in 15 minutes with a new case and screen protector! Awesome customer service and very helpful! I will be sending friends and family to see them hands down!

  They were so helpful when I was in a bind! Every employee that has helped me has been very kind and they made me feel like they care more about what I need and less about making a sale. Totally recommend this Cricket store
