- BWBryce WhiteJun 1, 20262.0The plan is awesome but every single time I have to go in the store it's a shit show 30+ minutes minimum they always have problems connecting the new phone to an existing line. DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE HERE buy an open phone online then you just plug in your sim and your done no extra charges just for turning on the phone. It's a way better experience which is unfortunate because the plans are awesome.
