Jessica was awesome! I have had some poor experiences before trying to get phones here but she had a smile, recommended me some great phones within my budget and helped me set it up and go home with a phone I'll love.

My mother and I had a great experience setting up a new phone with Jessica. She was very friendly, helpful and informative! We got the phone switched over with no transfer issues at all and were very happy with the service we received. People like Jessica give Cricket a good name and this is why we are Cricket customers
