I broke my screen to my actived phone through cricket, called the store thinking they would help me figure out how to activate my new phone but the GIRL who answered the phone around 12:40 today was very rude and NOT HELPFUL! Told me I'd have to figure it out because she has a lobby full of customers, but she answered first ring? Couldn't put me on hold or call back and she'd point me in the right direction. Very lousy customer service! Never make reviews but I didn't appreciate the lack of help, and the shit out of luck attitude she gave me.

Ironic you can't get someone to answer the phone when you call. How's your service?
