  Customer service was horrible. I bought a brand new phone through them after he said he could transfer everything over. We were in the store for two and a half hours and I walked out without anything transferred. I had to manually transfer at home after some research. Everything transferred except all mobile data, therefore could not send calls or texts, I was told to either drive back half an hour, or pay 10 bucks for something he was suppose to do in-store.

  Can't even download messages or 32 kb pics. Hardly any service. So far it's been a disservice. Try at&t or strait talk at Walmart before going here. All my phone ever tells me is...cannot obtain current location. I have tried everything to get this p.o.s. to work. Phone is apparently up to date. They're as good as mine moble.

  Such a great Staff!!! I came in with my razer 2 phone (which is a rare phone). The charging port gave out overnight and I needed to replace it. Since I have been paying insurance on it for a little over a year, Bailey stayed on the phone for over 3 hours to help me get a replacement. Which ended up with me getting the latest model of the Galaxy S20 Plus for next to nothing! Great staff that really knows their stuff! Go in and ask for Bailey he is not there just to make a sale, he in genuine, helpful and really knows his stuff! Thank you Bailey!
