  We arrived at the store an hour before closing. We live an hour away from the nearest store. We wanted to switch to cspire after hearing great reviews from friends. We purchased 3 lines with phones & 2 Apple Watches with lines! Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we got the best devices with the best plans. He stayed an hour late after closing to transfer our phones and ensure we had an account set up. He also gave us his card if we need anything. He went above and beyond . This employee deserves a pay raise! In today’s time it’s very difficult to find employees that go the extra mile to ensure the customer is taken care of. He is awesome at his job! I just felt to give credit where credit is due! Thank you so much!

  This is a great place to get a phone and plan that i found out of the other ones I checked out . I've had a phone from them over 2 years and I am well pleased with the service I get from the phone . I got a very reasonable payment plan . I got help soon enough the first time unlike at one other place of a different carrier, where I was ignored. They make me feel welcome and will help me when I need it . I can go there and ask any questions and get a professional answer . I have recommend C Spire to several others . To me they care about the customers. There are several phones to pick from and different plans to get what you like . Also there are lots of phone accessories. I have not had any trouble in using my phone wherever I am .
