- YLyunjie linSep 25, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with the Trade In service at this Apple Store. I went to the store in person because I wanted to trade in my device, but the staff refused to process the trade-in and told me that I had to do it online. I specifically went to the Apple Store expecting to be able to handle the Trade In in person. If the store does not accept certain Trade In requests, the staff should clearly explain why and provide a helpful alternative instead of simply telling customers to go online. The experience was frustrating and the customer service could definitely be improved.
