- DCDonovan CharlesOct 22, 20221.0Upon entering the store, we had to wait for the employee to get out of his car. We explained we had recently purchased a phone less than 30 days ago and the port wasn't charging. The employee seemed disinterested in assisting us and informed that he couldn't do anything because we "got what we paid for a cheap phone." This was insulting because he does not know our situation and what we can or can not afford. I felt very disrespected and belittled. I then inquired about purchasing another phone and he refused to show us stating ," they did not have any cheap phones". I was so upset I left without getting anything resolved. Very poor and disrespectful customer service* please visit another store if you want to leave with any dignity. The guy there no disrespect not sure if he wants to be addressed as a he/him or she/her was very very disrespectful and provided no help.
