We have zero gaming devices, two smart tvs, a few Alexa devices, alarm system, and laptops. I am having the same issues that the "tech support" person so eloquently informed me that happened "seven months ago." "I understand that you are frustrated. But we like our customers to call us as soon as you begin having problems." Our system shows that this has been happening for three weeks." My appointment is in two days. "In a perfect world, things don't go wrong." Really? I was assured that the problem was resolved "seven months ago." I've got devices that won't connect, or won't remain connected. Frustrated? Well, how's your connection? If you were the end User, verses the customer service rep, how would you feel?
