- WCWilliam CoxMay 9, 20262.0I've had a variety of billing issues and service glitches over the years. I have a pay by the month account with auto pay from my bank account, yet my service is occasionally disconnected due to "non-payment" despite their own auto pay arrangement. Very frustrating. Additionally, service can be spotty or nonexistent in rural areas and occasionally when crossing state boundaries service simply stops. Today I have to go to the local store due to a "non-payment" for 87 cents!
- LWL WorshamDec 16, 20231.0I have been a customer for years. 3 months ago got a new phone. Galaxy A03s. Hadn't gotten it home and it says it is not registered. Went back. They got it working about half the time. This last 2 weeks have been a nightmare because my husband had open heart surgery and I couldn't communicate with him because my phone suddenly messed up. Today I needed to call his nurse. It messed up. Not registered. I restarted it. This time even that failed to help. I called her on his phone. Now I don't know how many important calls I have missed because this phone can't work. Life saving calls.
