  Dylan and Arizona were awesome, Arizona was kind even though I didn’t deal with her directly, and Dylan was really on top of his game. I watched him multitask and not skip a beat resolving 3 issues on 2 different Cspire accounts me, and one issue for a completely separate customer all while never skipping a beat with me as he is also super nice. I believe the manager stepped from the back while I was there on Saturday 9-5-26 just to verify damage to my Apple care device was sufficient for a Turn in,,, and even he was super nice ! Great stat , great experience, I love to see it right here in my home town while I was only here for the weekend. Oh,, not to mention all 3 issues resolved I was only in the store 25 mins. P.S. Dylan is a great name 🤣🤣

  This is by far the worst phone company, we carried them for 17yrs service has continued to get worse and worse, everytime we complained we were told it was our phones,sims card,or we were just to far away from tower. We bought new phones paid for a booster everything and still couldn't keep a call while in the store. Employees actually told us to change carriers and they would waive our bill but that was another lie as soon as we swapped they claimed they didn't say that and they weren't the problem we were! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LITERALLY ANYBODY IS BETTER THAN THEM
