  I am not technically inclined but i Went in to get a new phone and they were so kind and went out of their way for me. This place smells good and the manager and sells people are so nice and wrote everything down for me to remember. I highly recommend cricket in laurel

  This has been such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I purchased a backup phone from Cricket less than 7 days ago, and their return policy clearly states that returns are allowed within that timeframe if all original components are returned. I brought back everything—phone, charger, accessories—but was denied a refund just because the box was torn. Nowhere in the policy does it say the box must be in perfect condition. I even reached out to customer support hoping they could help make things right, and I was told there’s nothing they can do. It honestly felt like I wasn’t being heard or valued as a customer at all. This whole situation has been stressful and unfair. I followed the rules, and yet I’m being penalized over something that wasn’t clearly stated. I’m sharing this so others know what they’re walking into—Cricket does not honor their own return policy, and customer care is unhelpful when it really matters.
