    I ordered a monitor from Best Buy online and it arrived damaged. I brought it into this store for a simple exchange — exactly the kind of thing the return policy is supposed to cover — and was refused because the outside of the box didn't show damage. As if shipping damage only counts when the cardboard is destroyed. The experience went downhill from the second I walked in. The employee at the front and another worker named Iman immediately gave me looks like I was there to cause a problem. I hadn't said a word yet. I was just standing there with a box. Then the General Manager, Chad, got involved and somehow made it worse. Instead of helping resolve a clearly defective product, he spent the conversation insinuating that I was the one who damaged the monitor. I'm the customer. I paid Best Buy for a working product. Best Buy delivered a broken one. Now I'm being treated like I'm running a scam over a monitor I bought from them a few days ago. This is a failure of basic customer service and a failure of leadership. If your General Manager's first instinct is to accuse paying customers of fraud instead of honoring the company's own return policy, something is deeply wrong with how this store is run. I'll be escalating to Best Buy corporate and disputing the charge with my card if needed. I won't be shopping at this location again, and I'd warn anyone else to order from somewhere with a return process that actually works.

    Right as I went into the building, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for and if I needed help. They showed me exactly where it was, and since it wasn't in stock, they told me where one was in stock.
