  I went to this location only because a tech in Gulfport store was unavailable. This was for a battery change under AppleCare+ plan. I had only options to go here or Best Buy or Apple in Metairie. So I decided to go here even though I have cell service thru Verizon. So got there, Josh checked and yes had my battery. Picked up phone an hour later. Didn’t think to check it out good even though I drove almost an hour to get there😳🙄..he even said battery almost dead because they are shipped like that. (My phone was working fine before except for the max cap below 80% that’s why I was offered battery service) Now I can’t even use Face ID (says try again later), under the care plan it’s saying still being serviced, and then I find out now I can’t make a phone call unless it’s on speakerphone. So not sure if I would trust them to work on your stuff!! Granted it’s only an iPhone 11 but I’m happy with it, or I was until now. For this guy to screw up my phone like this is uncalled for. Apple support is shocked at this level of expertise lacking and is replacing my phone, that’s the only good thing.

  I have been a CSpire customer since 2005 I had one of my daughters got on her own plan and no problem. My second daughter I also went with her so she can switch to her own plan and Dylan was our rep. He was trying to sell her a phone without her looking at it and she proceeded to tell him she wanted to look at them first. Well she did and he sold her the wrong phone. He had done started activating it when he brought it to us at the table. She told him that was the wrong phone and he replied it has more storage than your previous phone and she asked if it was too late to give it back and he walked away and she said to me apparently so. I asked him if he charged us for AppleCare because we didn’t want it and he replied no. We asked him twice. I had told him that I heard you had to go to Slidell to get it fixed so we didn’t want it. She signed for the set up on the register pad trusting him that he charged her correctly but in fact he did charge her for AppleCare and when we called customer service we were told that she was actually overcharged for it. Customer service told us to go into store and see if Dylan or the manager will refund the AppleCare and the manager said we would get the credit on the next bill. We went to eat about 30 minutes later and my daughter got a text saying that the manager wasn’t giving her a refund. We were confused because we thought we just had talked to the manager but I believe it was the assistant manager that gave her the refund but manager declined it. What about the refund for being overcharged. I can’t believe this has happened and they treat long standing good customers that have never been late on a bill like this. This is pretty low down and very dishonest to be lied to and overcharged. I don’t know if I could ever buy another phone here or refer a new customer to the Diberville store. Very disheartening. If the CSpire in Diberville needs to deceive customers to make money there is something very wrong with management here. Manager told my daughter that she signed the charges and there wasn’t anything he can do. Yes there is sir customer service said so she should have a credit on her bill because she was charged for something she didn’t want and overcharged at that. You should be ashamed of yourself for deceiving a first time buyer. This was her first time purchase ever buying something on her own. How many other people are you scamming that you tell that you didn’t charge them? People trust you that what you ring them up is correct but seems like you can’t be trusted which is bad for business. The manager called my daughter wanting her to exchange the phone for higher storage phone but she declined because she finally put all her numbers in her phone but no refund. Update 02/17/26 My daughter turned AppleCare off herself online and we were told that AppleCare would give her a refund themselves but she didn’t trust it and just took the loss but one of the customer service guys had said he would refund the money himself if it didn’t get resolved but that didn’t happen. My daughter might still know his name. All we got was the run around. We are still customers but I will say that you definitely need to read the screen yourself and make sure you are declining AppleCare or accepting and not trust what you are told. We are not calling customer service again to talk about situation again but I’m sure my daughter would love to see a refund on her bill. As for me I’m not totally sure when my phones go out that I want to continue with CSpire and it’s not because the service isn’t great. It would be for the dishonest service from employees to manager to customer service and above which is very disheartening and sad.

  So my experience started when one little girl working there did everything but come out and call me a liar, then the next one couldn't speak loud enough to keep from having others called before me an she waited on me while trying too and looking around not paying attention like kids, so I stopped by the other night while Michael was working an all the others were in the store saw me coming in he purposely tried to aggravate me while they all but one female watched. Then when I walked out they all started running around inside like that was so funny. This is our generation well not mine!! My children don't act like that, sorry for C Spire after the first of the year I will be moving my services. Pitiful you have to hire children!!
