  HORRIBLE employees. I came in with an issue as a customer of 20 years and one girl literally yelled at me like she hadn't been in customer service a day in her life while another lady just leaned up elbows on a display butt stuck in the air texting doing nothing and looked at me like I was the last person she wanted to see. As a customer! Lost a 20 year customer because of the awful experience I had in Columbus. Never experienced it in Louisville or Starkville. Horrible.

  The C-Spire service I had only extended to the 3 rooms in my house - those closest to where the router was located. When I contacted C-Spire about this (as the Internet service did not extend far enough in my house to reach my office), I was informed that I would need to spend additional money for additional routers. I opted to switch to Starlink (coverage extends throughout my entire house and we'll onto my +10 acre property and out to the road), for less than half the price. I called in June 2026 to cancel my C-Spire service yet they charged me again in July 2026. When I called C-Spire to dispute this charge, I was told (at that time) that this is their policy, even though I have been using another provider for over a month. Terrible service. Unclear policies and expectations. Awful internet reception. Save your money.

  Brice and Miya are incredible! I created a problem for myself with my phone this morning. I went into the store hoping to get some help. I received the BEST customer service possible!! My problem was solved! I highly recommend c-spire, and that anyone looking for quality customer service set up a plan with Bryce or Miya. They will have your back when the unexpected happens!
