  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If I could I would give ZERO STARS. My aunts phone would not longer hold a charge. She went in the store in Brookhaven Mississippi and the workers would not help her at all. She even tried to purchase a phone. Instead of giving my aunt what she wanted they tried to get her to buy an expensive phone that she did not need. They just sneered and laughed at her when she said she did not want it. Today she went in to get her account information but they would not help her. One of the workers told her to call customer service that she could use any phone carrier and it would work. Now that is a lie. If you call off of an at&t phone you will get at&t customer service. The workers are lazy and just do not want to help. In the end my aunt just switched to a different carrier and she is much happier. I would not recommend cricket wireless. Especially the one in Brookhaven

  Great customer service the manager of the store was very nice and courteous more places should have managers like her
