  I was helping an older friend get cell service set up and we had tried several options with no luck. The young lady working here was beyond awesome. She was exactly what we had been looking for, super helpful and patient and made my friend feel so comfortable about the entire process. Thank You!!!!!

  Just went to the Union Cricket, and Mattie waited on us. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, I 💯 percent recommend her! Will definitely be a loyal customer! Cricket is so lucky to have GREAT employees like Mattie, and Joe, it is rare to have such dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly staff these days! Cricket needs to reward these amazing employees! They both work at Union and Washington cricket stores!
