  Went in today with my son so he could buy a 50" tv. We got passed around to some short blonde haired female who never even bothered to come sell us the tv. Me and my son are both best buy visa cardholders and are NOT happy. The whole experience was terrible. I highly recommend you shop online and avoid going to this store. My son might not even purchase a tv at BB at all now, what a joke.

  I’m so frustrated with Best Buy. Do not shop here! I purchased a protection plan on a laptop and when it broke they tricked me into purchasing a “repair membership” as well so I had to pay 2x for the same service. Complete rip-off. When I asked for a refund they simply give me a run around about corporate has to use the refund and corporate says the local store has to refund me. Terrible service.

  Ai customer service. Way to tell the world you don't care. They don't stock starlink kits in store... but they're more than happy to stock 5 million sub par routers nobody will ever buy. Haven't been to a best buy in years, glad I called in to check stock, as now I can turn years into decades and never be a customer of a store "specialising" in electronics, yet can't stock the basics. =]

  I took my 13 yr old son to Best Buy this evening to purchase a $1700 E bike and he was not allowed to sit on the bike. I spoke to a store associate and he claims it’s company policy that no one can sit on a bike for liability reasons. To spend this kind of money on a bike and not even be able to sit on it is ridiculous. It’s not like I asked to ride the bike around the store. We will gladly take our money elsewhere.

  I had a horrible experience recently that involved Best Buy in Springfield. A criminal walked into the phone department and purchased 5 brand new apple devices (3 new iphones, 2 apple watches) and had them added to my Verizon account. He had made several attempts to log into my Verizon throughout the month from various locations (walmart and Wichita, KS) with no success. It sent me alert texts each time. However, on this date 3/30/26 he was able to bypass and successfully get into my account to add his devices to my Verizon, with the help from a female employee working at the phone department who was helping him from their ipad, and did not even ask for his ID. He gave her a fake name, paid in cash, and left with 5 new devices, placed on MY Verizon account. I had to file a police report where the officer obtained his photo and video surveillance footage of the female employee helping him. Luckily I caught it same day by looking at my account online and asked Verizon to disconnect the devices. There is NO way he would have gotten access without the help of the employee who allowed it so they could make the sale. What a horrible invasion of privacy and security this has caused, due to Best Buy and its reckless employee! Due to this, I've switched over to ATT and will never be giving Best Buy any of my business in the future!
