If I could give no stars I would've, I came from warrensburg to Sedila so I could get an upgrade on my service (also been a customer for years) up until today the lady that was at the store was very rude, I was planning on walking out with a new phone but didn't get that because there was price tags on the display and I was asking about it and when she told me that the prices wasn't right on the display my friend that went with me told her that it was fakse advertisement and that it shouldn't be there she scoffed and walked away from us, needless to say I didn't get a phone from yall, I was very disappointed cuz I heard good things about the store but today proved it was A LIE !!!!!

I tried to unlock the phone and it wouldn’t let me. I couldn’t get a live person then chat told me I would have to go to the store. So had to travel 30 miles for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. They didn’t even try. I have a paid off Iphone so should be able to get it unlocked somehow. This is exactly why I changed to T-Mobile a couple years ago. No customer service worth squat!

Never answer the phone because they are always short staffed and customer service is not good at all. Tone and how you speak to people goes a long way.
