  Lots of cool looking signage on the walls about how truly unstoppable their products are. Avoid ripping the iphones out of their security holster things in large amounts as there is a police officer on site.

  Great customer service at this location , I was a walk in with no appointment didn’t have to wait too long . My issue was resolved in a timely manner as well . I appreciate Vic who took care of my issue , very professional and great customer service. Thank you

  Went to get help with my phone but it felt more like a sales person trying to get a bonus. If you are able to look to see how much I owe Verizon for my phone and you were willing to take care of that on your end and get me in a IPHONE 17 at a discount if I switch carriers. If you can see what I owe then you can see I pay a monthly fee for insurance. It is clear to me that Apple does not care about customer service. It should not matter who the phone provider is we all are still using Apple products, for now.

  Yesterday, I called Apple Support and spoke for nearly two hours with Diamond about how my daughter’s phone would not stop heating up, shutting down, and restarting every minute. Diamond then sent out a diagnostics test and recovery to the phone. She also had my daughter connect the iPhone to her laptop and download and use the “Apple Devices” app on the iPhone. Then Diamond said she received the diagnostics results and then proceeded to set up an appointment for us at the Apple Store at the STL Galleria for the next day. Diamond said and confirmed that we would have our phone quickly replaced. She said it would be quick and easy just a simple replacement and that the issue was not our fault it was the phone itself and hardware itself. Well today I went to the appointment and they once again did not help and the phone was not replaced or anything. Instead, I was told we would have to wait a week or so for them to receive a hardware part. Now we have to drive all the way back up to the Apple Store and hope that this part being replaced even fixes the phone. Now my daughter is left without her phone for who knows how long and her phone is a necessity that she needs for her daily life and job. After 20+ years of loyalty to Apple iPhones, iPads, iPods, etc. and this is how I am treated? I am very disappointed with this customer service and I expected an actual fix and resolution. Never have I ever had such a horrible customer service experience before with Apple. Do better.
