The worst audio shop in the whole metropolitan area to go to. I had installed an amp in my car and literally just took it up to them so they could tighten all the connections and just make sure everything was wired correctly. They end up telling me I’m gonna need a new amp so I buy one of theirs and their tech installs the amp but doesn’t install the base nob and also doesn’t provide me with any of the proper specs or even the box with all the amps information on it. Maybe a few days into using this new amp and I’m needing a new alternator and having battery issues. After calling them about their horrible work they done to the car the owner was extremely racist as was his wife who does the accounting up there. Please heed my advice before thinking about taking your vehicles up there for service

I do not recommend EVER coming to this place. They will do work to get money out of you, not to do business or complete the services you pay for. They failed to give us a part of the whole set up and said it would be more to get it installed after they failed to do it the first time. They removed the amp we had and replaced it with one of there’s and it ended up being the wrong kind of amp to where the battery was being drained. When trying to reach out they had blocked the original number we used with them so we had to call off a new number. These men do terrible work. They have terrible customer service. They will ruin your car. Do not go to this place!
