  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this cricket store. They currently owe me $160, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve received very poor customer service and little to no helpful communication. Even after speaking with the boss, no solution was ever made or offered to resolve the situation. This has been a very frustrating experience, and based on how my situation has been handled, I would not recommend this store to others. It has been 2 years they still don’t respond to me.

  Terrible place to do business. I have been trying to pay my bill at the store all week, have been to the store 5 times and they have been closed when it says on the door that they are supposed to be open. Terrible way to do business if you ask me.

  Everyone at Cricket Wireless is always eager to help and are very helpful. Today was no exception. I have four lines at cricket wireless with unlimited internet on all four phones for $100 a month.That includes tax. I've been with them for 2 years now and don't have a single complaint!
