- THTre HeatonOct 31, 20205.0Helped me switch from straight talk very helpful and kind. Absolutely loved the guy with the dyed hair very informed about the phones they carry and helped find the right one for me.
- SSstarvagrantApr 18, 20181.0I told the rep that I needed a Blue tooth earpiece for the Samsung phone that i sat on the counter. Without looking at the phone, he set the "only one in stock" on the counter. I didn't know what i should be looking for with Blue tooth technology, so I will take a portion of the blame. He just rang it up and sent me on my way. When I couldn't get it to work, I went back in the next week. Lisa tried, failed, and couldn't explain why the device wouldn't connect to my phone. After speaking with a Verizon specialist I know, I found out what the problem is. The earpiece is a Blue tooth v.3.0. The Galaxy Amp 2 is a Blue tooth v.4.1. They are not compatible. Cricket does not replace or exchange accessories. At least the lesson only cost me $24.99 +tax. I won't be returning to Cricket for accessories again.
