  After years of trying to find the right phone company, I think I hit the jackpot! Devan was very understanding of my situation and helped me find a plan that works for me and my business! Not only was I able to get help today but my sister was also able to find a plan for herself as well! The relief I feel finally finding a plan that is not only affordable, but also transparent and honest! Thank you so much for the help today, I can’t wait to recommend Cricket to everyone!

  Great staff and always super helpful! Devan was amazing and helped us switch over to cricket effortlessly! He explained everything so well and answered all the questions that we had! We will definitely recommend Cricket to all our friends and family!

  I want to start by saying I started using Cricket a couple of years ago and have been very satisfied with their phone service but especially their customer service. Today was no different but the policy should be adjusted during this time. I work in the health care industry but from my home. My phone broke a few days ago but the Cricket location was not open and I was staying at home. I finally got to a location today and an employee opened the door and said the only thing I could do is call 1800Cricket. When I got home I did that to find out my manufacturer warranty was out of date by 5 days. I'm not asking for a new phone I just need a working phone right now because it is my work phone and I am desperate for a phone.
