  I have been with cricket for many years. I went in today to get a new phone and had a great experience. The girl helping was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my phone switched over. It was a great experience and great staff. They are super helpful and super friendly. I never have a problem anytime I go in the store for anything they are always so helpful. Thanks for the great experiences!!!

  I want to start by saying I started using Cricket a couple of years ago and have been very satisfied with their phone service but especially their customer service. Today was no different but the policy should be adjusted during this time. I work in the health care industry but from my home. My phone broke a few days ago but the Cricket location was not open and I was staying at home. I finally got to a location today and an employee opened the door and said the only thing I could do is call 1800Cricket. When I got home I did that to find out my manufacturer warranty was out of date by 5 days. I'm not asking for a new phone I just need a working phone right now because it is my work phone and I am desperate for a phone.

  Good place for ok phones. Staff is a 3:1 ratio favoring the good. Will go out of their way most of the time to help.

  Best service in town! We have been with them for over a year now. I love the price, having an option to loan out your new phone was so nice! Chrissy is the absolute best, very very knowledgeable with every phone she had in the store! She helped us out so much with finding a plan that fit our needs as well as phons. Definitely recommend everyone to go check them out!
