the worst best buy i’ve ever been to. vanessa wasted about an hour of my time. extremely slow workers, couldn’t find a tv for me after sending 3 people to look and 30 minutes they had no luck because there’s boxes everywhere in storage. extremely unorganized and will waste your time.

Do not come to Best Buy. I’ve had a terrible experience. Bought a tv so I thought. At two day delivery turned into two weeks. I gave up and cancelled. I believe they never had TV in stock. Then had to deal with their credit card bank Citi. They force you into an automated system that I fought 20 minutes to get through to talk to a live person. Finally when automated let me through to a person he was rude and cocky. Citi won’t refund the purchase of a product I never received for nearly two weeks. There was NO customer service any time trying to deal with these issues.

We bought a sennheiser soundbar from Ken. We had issues getting it to connect with our TCL. We took it back to the store and they hooked it up to a TV there. We took it back home and reconnected it and it worked!
