- ZPZora Plays4 days ago1.0Went and got a repair done with my wife on Saturday it’s ready on Thursday. So I go in to pick it up and let me tell you don’t plan on going without the person. Even upon showing her I.D and on a verbal phone call with her I was told they can’t release the Mac book to me. I felt very profiled and won’t be returning. I suggest you go to the leawood location way better customer service.

Show up and two different employees tried pressuring me into getting a new phone even tho I was adamant I just wanted a new battery. Then tried selling me an external battery. After I became stern and got upset because they weren’t listening to what I clearly wanted the guy rudely told me I would have to come back regardless either the next day or the day after to get it replaced. So I make an appt, given the run around to get a sale, and then told I need to come back because I wouldn’t budge on buying something I didn’t want. Lol what a joke. I never went back. I’ll just suck it up and try replacing my battery at another location but the leawood one doesn’t give me hope either. SMH do better Apple employees and just listen to your customers.
