    Mr. Travis assisted me: He checked my phone to identify the problems I was having with it. The volume goes away by itself. I checked all the places to see if the volume is fine, and even if it is, the sound goes away often. I can’t even Hear my voicemails. In many occasions, when the sounds stop working, I notice that the volume bar has been moved down by itself. No wondering it hasn’t working correctly. He fixed it, but the problem continues, after I left the store. Good place to visit for Apple Services. Unfortunately, IPhones are more expensive, but made with less quality every day. That is not mentioning the return policy. A few years ago, I bought a nice iPhone with ATT. I had to return it the next day, and the store in Saint Joseph, MO reflected accept the phone back, even though I returned the next day. They just didn’t accept it. I called ATT and I had to wait almost one year to receive my money in a card, when I paid the whole cell with a debit card from my checking account. Amazing.

    Scheduled an apportionment just to be told to have a seat and that an employee will be with me momentarily. After waiting for 35 minutes (mind you after scheduling an apportionment) I got up myself to speak with an employee to see why the wait was so long. They then said they will now put me on the priority list to be seen. Another 15 minutes goes by and an employee named Michale comes to assist me. Asks if I can come back in an hour due to then unexpectedly being busy (again after scheduling an apportionment the day prior) I come back and then again put on a waitlist for about 20 minutes this time. Michale says he’s updating my phone that it shouldn’t take long which it didn’t take long at all just 10 to 15 minutes. But he mentions he’ll be back with me shortly, I kid you not he’s gone for over an hour and a half helping other clients, in the back of the store, gossiping with other employees etc. I’m a pretty patient person but at this moment I flag down another employee and he takes last than a minute to look at my phone and says “okay you’re all good to go”. I spent nearly 4 hours of my time after scheduling an appointment just to receive 10 minutes of their service time. I’m highly disappointed and feel that my time has been wasted and I’m sure I’m not the only client that feels this way.

    Horrible they are so unprofessional and so sad that Manager, I don’t know he introduced himself as Manager. They don’t deserve not even one star, but unable to post review without star. He should not be even lead. So unprofessional and employee I believe his name is Travese. I had appointment first they couldn’t find me ( appointment scheduled in the store), and then he started working on my phone, and left working with someone else and after he finished they were talking and talking and I asked is another person can finish my phone. I got in store with one phone’s issue and left store with no phone. That was horrible experience and I will take next step in this matter.

    Good evening, My new iPhone 17 pro max system shut down I took it to an Apple Store they said they gonna send a new phone since the system broke.(i did choose option to get new one) Today I received it when I opened it I found that it's the same with points of glue all over it and that made me very unhappy with the service and disappointed. I would like to return it and get another NEW one I don't want a fixed phone since the issue was with your system! thank you

    I had the unfortunate experience of coming to this store. I booked an appointment to get my back glass and possibly cameras replaced from dropping my phone. From the start of my interaction with the guy, I think his name was Fin, he seemed extremely disinterested. I showed him my phone, told him what happened, and he gave me my options: 1- the back glass replaced, no cameras, would take until 6:20 if I checked it in that moment (got there at 4:05) 2- the back glass replaced and front camera, requires phone update that came out day of, and 3- coming back and having everything fixed because they didn’t have the back camera part to replace. I told him that I definitely want at least one camera. He told me that I’d need to update my phone, and there was a chance id have to come back and get my phone the next day. I told him that id rather not do that and would prefer to go somewhere else because i use my phone for work and have work the following day. Instead of telling me that a different store would probably be a better choice, he said oh let’s wait on the update. I sat there for an hour, 20 minutes of it was waiting for him to come back after my phone updated while he was just chit chatting with a lady across the table, just for him to tell me my only option was to leave it overnight. He was extremely inconsiderate of my time, it took me an hour to get there, will take an hour to get back, and took an hour of sitting on my ass just for a phone update and disappointment. That’s three hours of my time wasted on one of my only days off, at least have your customers best interest in mind.
