  Bought it brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max still under warranty has been in the case all the time the color was orange now color has changed as you see in the uploaded picture I went to Apple Store in Kansas City Plaza. They denied any help. The only thing I would say the color changed it because of the bad quality they made it in China or somewhere I don’t know what to say about this? I’m very disappointed.

  I'm at the store, Managers can't get my new iPhone 17e to work in receiving and making calls, they are saying that the hardware diagnostics are good. Their software IOS is not working in my phone, I have lost many hours and calls at the stores and over the phone, is under Apple warranty, they don't and won't give me another phone. I don't care if it's new or used, all I want is to receive and make phone calls.

  Worst customer service ever! Went in to schedule an appointment and then said wait for an hour (2:30 by the way). Sit with nothing to do for 2 hours! And go and ask a worker for a time estimation. They say 5 minutes. I wait 20 minutes. Then I go to move my car and that is when the only worker was available. It take 20 minutes for then to find the problem. They run tests on my phone and the results cost more than the IPhone itself. We let out a sigh and leave. We leave at 5:00 worst 3 hours of my life. Never going back. Watch people go in and go out while we wait. There is about 5 workers standing around doing nothing at all times who were perfectly capable of getting my IPhone fixed. I was so annoyed and they didn’t care.

  I visited the Apple Store at Country Club Plaza regarding my iPhone 17 Pro Max, which is still under warranty. After only a few months, the original orange finish changed to pink. During the inspection, the Genius Bar documented that the phone was in excellent condition with no dents, scratches, scuffs, or other physical damage. Despite this, my warranty claim was denied because Apple classified the issue as cosmetic wear and tear. I was also told that because the discoloration does not affect the functionality of the phone, it is not covered. While I understand that the phone still works, the appearance of the device is very important to me. I paid a premium price expecting both excellent performance and long-lasting build quality. A significant color change after only a few months is not what I expected from a flagship device. I appreciate that the employees and manager were respectful and took the time to explain their decision. However, I am disappointed that a phone with no signs of damage and a documented finish issue was not covered under warranty. I hope Apple will reconsider how these cases are handled in the future.
