  Went in for a phone upgrade. I believe the guy that helped me was Fred. He said he was the manager. I got the S25fe and he told me I got a free watch with my phone. He gave me two to choose from. He said it did all the things I needed it to do. After messing with it for five days I realized it wasn't gonna do anything I needed. I checked the receipt to see if I had to return it to the same store. Turns out I was charged $150 for the watch. I shouldn't be surprised all the phone companies do this shady stuff.

  Dianna the manager was amazing and totally kicked butt we had a SIM card that didn't work and instead of going on lunch she helped us out so I can use my phone for work again! 10/5 stars
