  Who ever run the cricket store in hannibal Mo should be fired because you buy there service and they open at 10 am and the sign said open this is not the first time

  So the people are great and they go above and beyond to help with your needs, the only complaint I have is existing customers don't really get anything for being loyal customers for years. Example, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and make my payments on time etc. but they don't really have any deals for existing customers. I understand that it's to get new customers to switch over, but what do the loyal customers get? If we don't get anything then that's when we switch to someone who will appreciate our loyalty, then they are losing customers. I just don't understand is all I guess. I want to upgrade but I can't afford the phones because they are to expensive and not in my price range. So why should I stay with Cricket if existing customers don't get any kind of deals? Just doesn't make sense to me.
