- JBJimmy Bryant4 days ago1.0You can no longer call the physical store locations anymore. I ordered something for delivery. It has sat at the store for going on 2 days now and no one from the “delivery service”, something called “Roadie” has picked up the item. I am trying to just go pick up the item myself and BestBuy “customer service” says that it is impossible and they can also not cancel the order! So just like a DoorDash order that no drivers want to complete, my order just sits at the store in permanent purgatory!!! I can’t just drive and go get it and the call center in India that you get transferred to says they can’t do anything! No wonder BB is going out of business
