  Staff was awesome. Answered questions, made suggestions, and even walked is to the opposite side of the store for an item we missed. If I lived closer, I would visit much more often. Thanks Geek Guys. Ya'll were the best...

  The contact/call center scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Then, about 3 hours before the appointment, we called to verify that everything was still set and were assured that it was. My wife and I both took leave from work and drove 2 hours to the appointment, only to find out that the installer was actually off that day. Thankfully, Terry stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and helped get us rescheduled for the following week. We truly appreciate his help. Hopefully, the call center can improve its coordination moving forward, as this situation caused us to miss work and make an unnecessary long drive.

  Do NOT shop at Best Buy or as I like to say “best rip-off.” They charged me twice for the same service and now they can’t seem to figure out how to refund me for the duplicate charges. Additionally, their lines for Geek Squad are hours long! Not worth it.

  I ended up getting my item from Amazon, even though I went to best buy to get it. I went in looking for a specific item. The man at the door didn't know enough about my need and took me to geek squad to relay his version of my issue. They all said they didn't think it would work and suggested another place - which is appreciated. However, I ASKED for the item I wanted, I wanted to physically look at them (I wasn't there to talk to geek squad). No one looked up the item for me or walked me to the section. They said they didn't think they had it and dismissed me. I left the store and searched on my phone for the nearest place to purchase, best buy came up first with THREE in stock at the location I was just in. Very poor experience left me very frustrated. Amazon got the sale instead.

  I found a decent selection of electronics and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, some items felt a bit overpriced compared to online options, and I had to wait a bit for assistance. Overall, it's a solid place if you need something quick and prefer shopping in person.
