  This retailer cricket location is a complete scammer, he has workers that have no ideal what they are doing not to mention he is giving out false information, i promise you that im going fight this business with all my might, you have scam the wrong person. First off the guy did not give me any details that I could get free phones on my new added ported lines then he misrepresented on how much my monthly bill would be. He also told me of after auto pay that my bill would be a certain amount with auto pay but come to find out multi lines dont get auto pay credit. This guy's is scamming people out of there money and the ghosting them once be got them into the service.

  I went into the store on monday, to add a line to my account for my fiance. The representative who was working, I did not get his name, was extremely shifty and trying to charge me $192 to add a line with a free phone. I already have four lines of service, and I know that the price I was quoted was outrageous. He offered to contact his manager to see if I could get a better deal, and after texting someone for several minutes he offered me the new line with a free phone for $128. He claims that I would have to pay for 2 months of service in advance as well as activation and cricket protect, which he claimed was automatically included. I'm 43 years old and I'm not stupid. I was highly insulted by this obvious bait and switch scam he was running. When I told him never mind, I'll just do it online, he followed me out of the store begging me to reconsider. I will be getting the district manager and corporate involved. If I could give zero Stars, I would.
