  This retailer cricket location is a complete scammer, he has workers that have no ideal what they are doing not to mention he is giving out false information, i promise you that im going fight this business with all my might, you have scam the wrong person. First off the guy did not give me any details that I could get free phones on my new added ported lines then he misrepresented on how much my monthly bill would be. He also told me of after auto pay that my bill would be a certain amount with auto pay but come to find out multi lines dont get auto pay credit. This guy's is scamming people out of there money and the ghosting them once be got them into the service.

  Never go to the Cricket store in Blue Springs Missouri. It's service sucks big time!!!!!

  I was disappointed with this company the story I got and the prices I got in the store did not line up with what I had seen in advertisements. Sales people were helpful and knowledgeable but I felt like I was suckered into a bait and switch attempt. Maybe I wasn't but there's so many cell phone alternatives just how you feel about a cell service provider becomes important.
