This hospital saved my life! I was flown in from my hometown as they couldn't do much with me. I don't remember much but waking up after being placed on a breathing tube. I woke up to very kind, reassuring, helpful ect... nurses, doctors and respiratory therapist. I am a healthy 43 year old women but I was very sick. I was very well taken care of. Genuine good nurses. While I was intubated my husband and mom also said the nurses were amazing. I thank you all very much for your genuine care! I was in ICU for a few days i wish I could remember the names as the staff was wonderful. One nurse I remember very well and that is Britt. She was amazing! You can tell she honestly cares about her patients. Thank you for all your hard work!

So I try to get help. And when I leave. They steal or lose my necklace. Didn't realize they could steal from everybody. Disgusting how the way they treat people in the suicide unit.

Came here for a consult/stay on the OB 3rd floor wing and had great experiences with the nursing staff over the weekend and had good attention from OB doctors as well. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day and the food selection is great but would appreciate if a support person didn’t have to pay out of pocket for their meal. Also it was mentioned to us by an employee that access from the South ramp used to be open and was very convenient but due to staffing cuts they closed that so you have to take quite an indirect route up there.

It is literally faster for my family to drive to either monticello or Princeton hospital emergency room than it is to go to st cloud hospital, my personal average time in the e.r. in st cloud is an average of 6 to 7 hours, for that wait time you can literally drive to most of the state and get seen in the emergency room before you get seen at the st cloud hospital. I watched a little boy with his arm broken off to the side sit crying in pain for 6 hours and he still hadn't been seen, at that point I ended up leaving because I had already been there for 8 hours waiting to be seen after a car accident

The doctors I had weren't the best, when I got blood drawn they didn't listen to me saying it was hurting when they tried taking blood and ended up with a burst vein which hurt for a day or two and the blood draw made me vomit (though I don't get nauseous by the sight of my blood.) later on a doctor had checked my arms for absolutely no reason? They didn't give any reason to check them, they just did that to see my self harm scars which I clearly stated I'm uncomfortable with showing. And when they discharged me they prescribed a "sleeping pill" that was actually an antidepressant used off label for sleep issues and didn't specify that it was actually an antidepressant so my mother ended up almost mixing my previous antidepressants with these because they said NOTHING! I could've been hospitalized again because of that if I didn't do research on the pills they prescribed!
