And charged me $100 a piece for two phones. That was supposed to be free. I called cricket a few weeks later thinking that something wasn't right and they told me the phones are supposed to be free. I'm going to pursue getting my money back

I will never let that employee help me I rather have the store manger help me unfortunately haven't seen him in few weeks I hope he returns so I can add another line to my account. Unfortunately the phone I got is a lemon that has nothing to do with any other assistance I have recieved from cricket I am hoping for a good resolution for my phone and switching it out so I will leave more after I have my customer service resolution
