Np told me that I have a infection on my right ear but I was there to check my left ear. She took wax from right ear which was very painful later i asked again if she knows which ear is hurting and later I found out she was not listening actively and she assumed that my right ear is infected and left ear is fine.later I again told her it's left and she check my left ear and she said left ear is infected. I was not happy with those confusion plus no proper answer.

The nurses are kind as they take down all information & quickly take your bp,etc. The dr comes in quickly & talks to you to ensure you both are on. the same page & then completes exam. The plaza pharmacy is conveniently located.
