Let’s start this interaction don’t happen yesterday or new I waited , I wanted to make sure I truly analyzed my emotions. Sad place of business. I was the neighborhood it’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location. If that’s the best representation you have for a store times are hard. To see cricket staff with their shirt on smoking on the side just sad. The whole staff was high off something idk what but that was the ambience . Customer service failed to the point me and my wife had gotten intimidated to even ask a question we left just off of how I witnessed another person quest for information. The store manager smelt of liquor and drugs. I’ll never recommend this location drug addicts filled the neighborhood and they run this location. Racist against Somali immigrants.

Stay far away from Cricket Wireless on Lexington Ave and Aurora Ave in Saint Paul. The staff was rude. Could not help me...he said...we don't do that here. I will switch carriers!!

The staff were down to earth yet heavenly helpful. I got comfortable immediately after entering the perfectly chilled storefront on a blisteringly humid day. I watched them go the extra mile to help the customer in front of me and knew I'd be welcome there. I once drove by and saw a guy sitting under a branded tent, rapping to traffic about "Hopping over to Cricket" and that's what inspired me to switch when my phone bill was due. Definitely recommend stopping by and getting genuine service, which is increasingly more rare these days.
