  Samsung TV was 90 days old. Quite working. Best buy lied to me. 5yr warranty. And refused to honer it. They used profanity an swore at me. Best buy told me to bring TV to st. Cloud mn store 65" and they would exchange it. I'm 30 miles one way I'm a disabled veteran. I brought it in. They refused to fix or exchange tv. After they promised they would. Then they said they would help bring it out to my truck. I waited 30 minutes. No help. An they refused to help another lie. 5 yr warranty was worthless. $120 dollars. Down. The drain $650 for TV down the drain. They have no respect for any people or veterans. They only care about themselves

  had to make me come back 2 days after my radio was first installed to try to fix the only front speakers working, now it’s all static and was told that’s normal, they chopped my factory harness…
